Can you handle yet another post from me about oatmeal? After trying McDonald’s and Tim Hortons oatmeal, I wanted to share my recipe for making steel cut oatmeal. Steel cut oats are more nutritious and more filling than regular rolled oats because they are cut across the grain and contain the bran. Steel-cut oatmeal is chewy, filling, and surprisingly easy to make. Try this method and you’ll never want to buy instant or fast food oatmeal again.
Easy Overnight Steel Cut Oatmeal

Directions:
Bring water to a rolling boil in a medium sized pot. Add oats and a pinch of salt if desired. Bring the mixture back to a rolling boil.

Bon appetit!
