How I Got Paid to Buy Soap

August 23, 2014 by Fay Leave a Comment

If you have any remaining P & G Brandsaver coupons from the July newspaper insert, you’ve got a week left to use them before they expire. I took full advantage of the sale on Ivory soap at Food Basics. It costs $0.99 for three bars or one 221 mL handsoap pump. I used two coupons: Buy any two Ivory products, save $2.50 and Buy any Ivory product, save $1.  Total cost after taxes = $3.35.  Value of coupons = $3.50.  I got 9 bars of Ivory soap free of charge and I have 15 cents to spare. Start the car, because that was a steal!

Can you beat the price of free? Yes, if you receive money back too!
